Kalau masih bingung dengan apa yang bisa ditulis di jurnal, coba mulai dengan mengikuti journaling prompts ini.

Journaling prompt adalah pertanyaan, atau pernyataan yang membawa satu topik spesifik untuk menjadi pemantik awal seseorang menuangkan isi pikirannya, perasaannya, kreativitasnya, ataupun ekspresinya.

Dengan mencatat apa yang ada di pikiran, melakukan refleksi, dan membuat rencana, gue merasa apa yang dilakukan nggak jadi cuma menulis, tapi juga membangun kebiasaan sehari-hari untuk lebih mindful dan sadar dengan situasi diri sendiri. Selain itu, ada beberapa pertanyaan yang bikin mikir dan mendorong imajinasi gue berkeliaran, yang kalau nggak “dipaksa” mungkin nggak bakal gue lakukan :D

Buat yang mau coba, journaling prompt di bawah ini bisa dijawab sebebasnya. Mau dijawab satu kalimat boleh, mau dijawab pakai gambar boleh, mau menuhin satu halaman buku catatan ya juga boleh. Pakai prompt ini, dan tulis sebebasnya tanpa kasih target harus begini dan harus begitu. Topik prompt-nya sengaja dibikin beragam, biar nggak monoton dan aktivitas journaling-nya jadi seru. Kadang diminta desain hari ideal, kadang ditanya MBTI lo apa. Hahaha.
